Welcome to Secure Hook!

These Terms and Conditions Terms govern your access and use of the Secure Hook mobile application App, including any related services and features (collectively, the Service). Please read these Terms carefully before you start using the Service. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, then you may not access or use the Service.

User Agreement

• You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this Agreement.
• If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

Use of the Service

• You may use the Service for its intended purpose, which is to manage and secure your Android phone.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account and you agree to keep your account password confidential. You will notify Secure Hook immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.
• You are prohibited from using the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to:
  • Violating any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringing on the rights of others, including their intellectual property rights.
  • Interfering with or disrupting the Service or any servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Using the Service to transmit any harmful or malicious content.
  • Using the Service for commercial purposes without our express written consent.

User Data

• You are solely responsible for the data you upload, store, or transmit through the Service User Data. Secure Hook does not claim ownership of your User Data.
• You grant Secure Hook a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display your User Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
• You acknowledge and agree that your User Data may be transmitted over public networks and stored electronically. You understand that the security of your User Data depends to some extent on the security of these networks and the devices you use to access the Service.

• SECURE HOOK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, VIRUS-FREE, OR SECURE.
• SECURE HOOK DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE RESULTS THAT MAY BE OBTAINED FROM THE USE OF THE SERVICE WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.
